We will send you an additional e-mail for the delaying orders and your order will be cancelled if a not-in-stock product has been purchased. Domestic delivery only*.

We are working with Yurtiçi Cargo. There are 2 options for cargo. You can give your home address and let it delivered to your home (unfortunately we can not specify exact time for Cargo). Or you don't have to give your home address for cargo. You can prefer to pick up your order from any Yurtiçi Cargo office. Cargo tracking responsibility belongs to the customer.  There is no refund for frozen products.
